NUTRITION
Intuitive Eating is a wonderful way of supporting your body. This means developing an awareness to feel into what your body needs for nourishment each day. Meditate for a few minutes, and ask your body what it needs. You can even try spending time holding different foods and tracking the response in your body; fresh fruit/veg will feel radiant to your system, and processed foods may feel more dense.
Low-frequency foods can cloud our mind and energy channels, while high-frequency foods can help to clear blockages.
As you develop more awareness within your body, you will be able to sense this more strongly.
From here, eating in a way that supports your system will feel joyful and easy!
Recommended
• An increase in higher frequency foods such as fruit and vegetables
• A decrease in lower frequency foods such as processed foods, unhealthy sugars, and fermented food.
Low frequency food and drink cloud & fog our mind and our energy channels.
• Cut out any "false fire foods" such as drugs, energy drinks, coffee especially the day of your session, as much of our lifeforce is spend on the over drive pace of the stimulant to digest the food at an high speed. And these false fires can confuse the Nervous System bringing it into fight or flight. Also if your nervous is already in fight or flight, adding a false fire stimulant will increase anxiety in the body. This frequency is potent and is important we honour our system.
• Increasing your water intake is very important on the run up to your session or retreat. Please be hydrated for the session and throughout your retreat.
• If you have a calling to fast, cleanse, detox, before your session or retreat this is totally your decision and what you intuitively feel will be best for your system.

Write without judgement. And remember you aren't actually going to send them. Keep these safe and your welcome to bring them with you to reflect on.
